Originally founded in 1987 as a towing service, L & T Truck Repair, based in Willows, CA, is the newest in a group of L & T companies (consisting of L & T Truck Repair, L & T Towing, and Browers Towing), having opened its doors in 2016.
Originally founded in 1987 as a towing service, L & T Truck Repair, based in Willows, CA, is the newest in a group of L&T companies (consisting of L & T Truck Repair, L & T Towing, and Browers Towing), having opened its doors in 2016. The current owner, Zack, is the third generation of L & T owners and took over day-to-day operations in 2009. Knowing there was a market for truck repair in the area (as L & T was its own best customer when it came to towing), Zack hired a technician in 2015. Things only continued to grow from there. Nowadays, the shop possesses four full-service bays and five technicians.
Today, L & T Truck Repair continues the ethos that has made the other L & T companies the best in their field: delivering the best service possible and treating every customer like they’re a part of the business and family. All technicians are fully qualified and highly experienced, especially when it comes to meeting the unique needs of diesel vehicles operating in the state of California. This includes BIT 90-day inspections (required by California law), vehicle fire pre-inspections, and truck smoke testing. The shop also won the SBA Business of the Year award in 2019 and works with the California Highway Patrol’s 11-99 Foundation, providing CHP officers with emergency vehicle assistance when needed.
Regarding customer amenities, L & T Truck Repair makes every effort to ensure their customers are well taken care of and treated like family. A fully furnished break room allows truck drivers to wait while their vehicle is being worked on, allowing them to relax and remain on-site. Said breakroom features a fully stocked vending machine and free access to WiFi. Additional services offered to customers include after-hours key drop availability, shuttle service, and vehicle pick-up/drop-off services.
